The meeting was called to order by Chairman, John Wilkinson at 7:10pm.
- Review of Minutes of Prior Meeting
The minutes of the June 25, 2012 meeting were approved as written.
John Wilkinson reported that John Lucey had no new employee issues to report.
- Personnel Action and Job Vacancy Approvals
John W reported that there were only two or three minor job/salary changes which he had signed..
5. Safety Issues
Diane Doyle reported that there had been no safety issues in the last month.

The next meeting of the Newbury Town Personnel Board shall be September 24th (the fourth Monday of the month), 2012
